This was my first vist to a dentist in many years and they made me feel very relaxed did not rush and answered all my questions, I am going back for more work on my teeth
Love my Dental Hygenist Kendra! She is the best. I don't leave from a cleaning feeling sore or my jaws in pain. Staff are all nice and friendly.
I usually see the hope mills location but today I went to St Pauls. I chipped my tooth very bad and called to ask if they could somehow squeeze me in. The receptionist was super friendly and told me to come right away! Very pleasant experience. The staff was great and understanding I felt welcome and comfortable.. thank you St Pauls office for your great service I didn't want to spent the weekend worrying about my tooth..huge relief.
After four years, all fillings that THIS office filled have deteriorated or cracked! Since, I have had a root canal and fillings replaced. Originally, I had to go back to their office two additional times because I still had peaks where they had not properly filled down the fillings. When I would bite down or chew, I experienced strikes of pain. Since I've had ALL their fillings replaced, I've never experienced the same pain. My dentist had the fillings filled evenly, with no issues afterwards. Would not recommend this office to anyone. All this has created anxiety and hate for dentist offices (I used to love going--now I dread dentist appointments)! I have fillings that are 15 years old that have never cracked or deteriorated--I would expect their workmanship to have them same quality, but obviously this is not the case since ever tooth they touched has had issues.
Had an excellent experience - and I consider myself to be a troublesome patient. They took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them. Had several cavities filled with less pain than I have ever experienced.
